Christmas 2008

I had all the best intentions of cooking a nice beef tenderloin roast on my Big Green Egg today for Christmas dinner. But Mother Nature is not cooperating. Through the night and this morning the wind is gusting just shy of a Category 1 hurricane. Looks to me like I will batten down the Eggs and plan on cooking at home on the range. Plan B is chicken fried (tenderloin) steak, smashed potatoes, biscuits, corn, and maybe winter squash.
